Fedora 7, Core és Extras repository nélkül

Sok helyen találtam "megoldást" arra hogy hogyan lehet az install DVD-t helyi repo-ként használni.
A legtöbbjük hibás. Íme az én verzióm, ez jó:

If you haven't installed "createrepo" utility yet:
yum install createrepo

Create your repository directory structure:
mkdir -p /repository/dvd
Mount your install media:
mount -o ro /dev/hdc /repository/dvd
#/dev/hdc = install DVD in this example

Create the inventory
cd /repository
createrepo -g /repository/dvd/repodata/comps-f7.xml .
yum clean all
Edit file /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo:
In [fedora] section edit baseurl line:
baseurl=file:///repository

Internet hozzáférés hiányában valóban jól tud jönni az ehhez hasonló tanács.
Én a CentOS 5 DVD-jén találtam egy hasonló megoldást, de még nem próbáltam ki.
A /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Media.repo tartalma:

[c5-media]
name=CentOS-$releasever - Media
baseurl=file:///media/CentOS/
          file:///media/cdrom/
          file:///media/cdrecorder/
enabled=0
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-beta

Nem kell más mint felcsatolni a DVD-t, vagy ha be van állítva, akkor magától felmountolja és onnatól kezdve használható.
Ennek működnie kell Fedora alatt is (szerintem) :).
Csak annyit kell, hogy átállítani az enabled=0-t 1-re. Illetve az összes többi repoban, ahol enabled=1 van azt 0-ra kell állítani.
